Johns Hopkins and Maryland Tech unveil ProCombat uniforms

Both Johns Hopkins and Maryland Tech have unveiled new ProCombat uniforms, as they are the only Nike schools that where interested. West Maryland and Bowie are also Nike schools, but felt no need for a ProCombat uniform. Hopkins normally has a rather traditional uniform, with just three stripes on the side of uniform. The PC uniform for them is black, unlike their normal baby blue uniforms. There also is a circular pattern around JHU’s sleeve which you can see in that picture. They also have changed up the pants to something similar to what Boise State has for their pants.

Maryland State Makes Tweaks to Uniform

Maryland State's new primary logo.

Maryland State has announced a new logo for their uniforms. It’s a red and blue outlike of the state of Maryland, and STATE in big white letters with a navy outline. The logo will be visible on the side of the uniforms, or as TeamBuilder call’s it the “cuff logo.” It will also on the side of the pants plus it will be the new midfield logo. Nothing else about the uniform has been changed for MDST.

They used to be the Maryland Tech Rhinos, sporting purple and gold uniforms. Now they are the Maryland Tech Bears, sporting Brown and Tan uniforms. The Bears will look for their 99 OVR Quarterback, Bryant Webster to lead them to many victories in their new uniforms.

Were should I begin…I know!

It all began rather simply, when I discovered the TeamBuilder feature for EA Sports. I made a revised version of the University of Maryland, with a great stadium, awesome looking uniforms, and good recruiting ratings. I thought the feature was cool, so I created another team in Baltimore, the Bandits.

Then I realized that I could make more teams, and I could even make a whole conference of teams. Then over the past few months I created 10 teams:

Bowie Penguins
Maryland Tech Rhinos
Ellicott City Lions
Johns Hopkins Blue Jays
Towson Tigers
Navy Midshipmen
West Maryland Falcons
Silver Spring Bengals
Eastern Shore Pirates

My dynasty is taking the place of the ACC so I have two divisions, the Near division and the far division. In the Near division:

Baltimore
Ellicott City
MD State
Silver Spring
Johns Hopkins
Towson

And in the far division:

Maryland
MD Tech
Navy
West MD
Eastern Shore
Bowie

When the get the game on July 13, I’ll have reports on the teams, the impact players on each team, and my standings predictions.
